Time skip buttons

Been testing all the NPVR releases but I'm wondering...when I play video should I be seeng forward/reverse buttons? Also, clickng on the time-line doesn't let me advance either.

There is no mouse buttons at this stage, but there is keys for skipping, or you can use your remote.
