Missing tabs!

I just installed the Season Recordings plugin into EWA, but in doing so it seems to have taken away some tabs from me! I'm missing the Episode Search and the Config tabs. I'm not sure why they are gone for me - even when I try to connect right from the PVR Server's web browser they are gone.

Help!

I removed the Season Recordings plugin_config.xml, stopped and restarted the recording service, and stopped and restarted the browser - the tabs are back. Now the question is, since I don't seem to be able to have both things at once, how do I record a season of a show?

Thanks,

Brian

I saw the same thing in EWA & see a similar problem in NEWA (but don't have any plugins installed that I know of) - I have been trying to determine what causes the episode search & config tabs to disappear before posting about the problem.

A combination of things brings the tabs back. If I force a logout, then load:
http://localhost:8866/Admin2.aspx
& login, the tabs are still missing, then I load:
http://localhost:8866/Guide.aspx
the tabs reappear, then when I load:
http://localhost:8866/Guide2.aspx

all is well again - for a while. If I close the TV Guide & fire it up again from firefox bookmarks some time later, the tabs may be missing or still there. Mystery here but v. annoying. I have screen shots to demonstrate what's happening if needed.

(1.5.31 NPVR & NEWA installed - Can make a separate post for NEWA if needs be)

This will happen if your session cookie times out or is destroyed.....EWA/NEWA sees that you are no longer authenticated (even if you have gotten in via auto-login from internal network)

So how can you stop that from happening? Is there a setting somewhere to just leave the session cookie alone unless the browser/system is restarted?

IE7 and on seem to be aggressive in destroying the cookie unexpectadly.....I haven't come up with a way to determine how/why this is occurring. The cookie itself is set to live for the length of the session.....

I use Firefox 3.6.10 & have cookies set keep until they expire.

I also see in the Windows event log - they seem to occur randomly often 3 times within the one day, other times I don't see them for days - are these errors related to the cookie zap problem?:
