"Recording Source" S Video

GBPVR allowed you to set the "recording source" when configuring the capture card. I need to set to S-Video but can not see where to set this in the NPVR menus? When I run LiveTV, I get noise which suggests to me it is on composite or antanae.

(I did search these forums and assume it is somewhere but could not find)

Settings - Devices - Device Setup - Add Channel should be where you can set the input source? There may be another way of doing this!
