recordings failing crossbar not found

recently my recordings have been failing if uploaded a log that says something about crossbar not found thing is i dont use this pc for anythign other than gbpvr its headless so maybe an auto update caused the trouble or something got corrupt. im looking for a way to try to resolve this temporarily at least til i have time to put npvr on this pc or get new tuners but i was holding out for one of the cablecard tuners.

Run the filtercheck.exe utility from the gbpvr directory, then post the filtercheck.log and I'll take a look.

Your logs show it trying to record from a PVR150, but your filtercheck.log only shows an HVR-1600 being present.

i saw that after you asked for it i looked in device manager and 150 isnt in there either maybe its dead, wouldnt be surprised its very old thanks for pointing me in the right direction

I think I'm having the same problem. I first noticed that I could not log in through the web interface (see my post about that), but now I see that it's not recording shows either. I ran filtercheck and attached is my log file. I have not done anything different and it has been working fine for a long time. I think the problem started after I installed a microsoft update, so I suspect others are going to start noticing a similar problem. I'd appreciate any help or advice you can give. Thanks.

i installed my last spare 150 and all is well again in filter check so im probably good now as my card wasnt even showing in device manager befor. maybe the heat got to it or just being +5 years did it.

Do a recording then post your logs and I'll take a look.

Which logs do you want me to upload? PVRX2 lists pending items for recording. Then they just drop off after the time passes. Nothing gets recorded. If I go to live TV, it tells me "no tuners are available to watch the requested channel. . . " WinTV works, so the card is still working. If I go into recording status, it lists 8 capture sources with "Tuner 1" under each. I'm used to logging in through the web interface, where I can see what is happening (it will say "recording" when it's recording a program). I don't see that under the PVRX2 program, and I can't log into the web interface.
