Can some of you please post a sample file for me, and let me know where in the world you are.

do you mean an .xml file containing downloaded listings or is an xmltv file something different?

Yes, xml files containing listings. There is lots of different formats in use around the world, and its useful having examples of some of these.

Oh and can't edit that as this thread is locked for editing. The size of my .xml file is 12MB approx so don't think I could ever shift that across the forum! Is there another way?

Here are the over-the-air broadcast EPGs for the UK's Freeview (DVB-T) and Freesat (DVB-S) services, both captured using DVBGuide. Note that the Freeview one contains some duplicate channels; due either to a bug in DVBGuide or something weird with my local transmitter.

The files have been post-processed to leave them with just the channels we bother with, and to rename some of the channel names, but other than that they should be as-is. Which also meant they were much smaller for uploading...

here's my atsc and directv listings..
i use Ultra epg enhancer so these are before processing with that..

both are cut down channels-wise, and the atsc info comes from the directv listings also..[just separated]
