Activate "Hidden" menu

Sub, in a future build could the whatever key you choose to active the "hidden" menu be assigned in the base class? That way a plugin will get in by default and choose not to, rather than the other way around.

It would only be possible for me to do that for plugins that are derived from NewStyleButtonListPlugin. I've made that change for the next release. Plugins that are directly implementing IScreenPlugin will have to do it themselves (because the app has no visibility of their controls).
