Audio burst at resume of recording playback

I notice that when resuming playback of a recording a second or so of the audio at start of the file is heard.
I currently have to use the Divx AAC decoder fo HD recording playback. This decoder does not tolerate audio format changes within a recording.
If the issue I've mentioned could be fixed I could stop and resume a file from the point when the format changes and play the file successfully.

The UK Freeview HD Sound is over a second out of sinq with video.
Are you using the very latest DivX download - it appears to be a bit better than before - but still not perfect - Only had one attack of Chipmunk Audio so far.
Unfortunately It is the best available at present - its meant to be the same codec as the Mainconcept one.
