2.1.4 - Recordings Plugin - not showing currently recording

Noticed tonight while My Kitchen Rules was recording, that it wasn't showing up as recording.

Was listed under pending (but you couldn't play it) - ended up having to go through the Video library and play the recording manually from there. I think this has been going on 2.0.3.

Ok, I've added a logging message for this in the next release.

Can you double check? I'm unable to reproduce this, and haven't seen any other reports.

What was the status listed as in the top right of the entry in the pending list, and what buttons were available?

If you schedule a currently airing show, it'll show up in the pending recording list for a few seconds with the status of 'pending', and after a few seconds will switch to 'recording'. At that stage, it'll also become available in the ready and what's new lists.

I remember it said pending, and clicking the pending recording gave me the option of cancel, delete and update only. The file at the time was 5gb, as it had been running about 40 mins. I freaked cos I thought the recording service had died.

Can you reproduce it? If so, post the npvr.log and nrecord.log and I'll take a look.

Then I went off to Videos plugin to load it that way.

Ok might want to shelve this and I'll test it tonight.

Both, neither plugin had the option to play that recording. But I suspect it may have been to do with that DB error int he nrecord.log

Yeah, its probably something to do with that sqlite error. It was probably unable to update it's status to 'recording'. Its odd though - I've not seen that before.

If you're able to reproduce it, then I'm happy to take a look.
