Changing to specific channel in the Guide

Maybe I'm missing something, but when I try to go to a specific channel in the Guide I have to scroll to it and can't... lets say press 249 and it goes to that listing in the guide.

Is this true or I'm I missing something?

you have to press Enter or the OK button on the remote after typing the channel number.

That works while I'm in LiveTV, but not while I'm in the actual guide.

It works fine here. I just double checked. Try it again. Type channel number, then press enter.

Guess I should have mentioned I was using a plug-in called TVListings. It does work in the default guide, but not in TVListings.

Ah right. Yes, you should have mentioned that. Sorry, I dont know the answer for that plugin. I've never used it.
