HDPVR Aspect Ratio support

contains this tidbit

"Arcsoft TME now allows the manual setting of the video aspect ratio for standard definition (changes require restart of HDPVR)"

Can this be controlled by NPVR?

As it turns out, NPVR respects the settings I set in TME so there doesn't really need to be any change here.

Its early after an hour of testing but these new drivers do appear to be pretty good especially on changing resolutions.
