NextPVR not releasing tuners on HDHomerun Prime

I am using NextPVR successfully on Windows 7 x64. The only problem that I am having is that it is not releasing the tuners when it is finished (either watching live TV or when a recording is completed.) The light on the prime stays on and I can see network activity in Task Manager/Networking. I can make the tuner release by using the HDHomeRun QuickTV to watch a channel on the tuner and then exit QuickTV. Is there anything that can be done about this?

I have seen this comment from another use. From reading the SiliconDust docs, I think I'm already doing everything I should have to, so not really sure what I'd have to change.

I looked at the documentation for hdhomerun_config and I used the command "hdhomerun_config FFFFFFFF set /tuner0/channel none" to successfully release the tuner (they call it stopping the tuner.) I don't know if that will help you or not but I thought I would pass it along.

Your logs are missing the debug messages that were added in that patch, so it looks like you dont have it installed.

I had found that I had not installed the latest RC1. After doing that and rebooting VISTA. It is now working.

Thank you for creating such a great program (NextPVR 3.2.9) -- I just installed it in Windows 7 x64 Home Premium less than a week ago with a HDHomerun Prime and multiple XBMCubuntu clients. I seem to have everything working properly up to this point however, I am also experiencing the same issue as explained by rglover in the first thread of this subject / topic.

Do you have any ideas of what I can do to enable NextPVR to properly release tuners that are no longer in use (after recording has completed / when tuners are no longer being watched live)?
