Hi, this setup is more then enough, but why using gb-pvr? I am sure, you want to setup NextPVR. Wink
This is an easy going, if you know what to do.

Before you start, make a clean environment. Remove any "codepacks" and other unlicensed stuff, which could disturb a clean installation and reboot the machine. Make sure, that the driver for your Technisat are installed and working fine (you just need the installed drivers, not the application itself).

Make sure, that you meet the minimum requirements for NextPVR. If you're missing a neccessary software requirement, install it. If you're asked too, reboot your machine. Don't forget to run Windows Update after installing the microsoft stuff, until there are no new updates and security fixes left.

If you meet the minimum software requirements, then you're a big step forward in the right direction. Now you can install the latest release of NextPVR. Follow the installation carefully.

If you want to use the analog part of your cablestar hd2, you need one extra step to do, before it could be used within NextPVR. You have to choose Option 2. Read it carefully and follow the instructions step by step without skipping one. Otherwise skip this thread.

If you have absolved all steps mentioned before, then you can start with the configuration of NextPVR itself.

Take a look within the folder "C:\Users\Public\NPVR". You'll find there a file called "KeyMappings.xml". If you open this one (notepad.exe or better notepad++) you'll see the mapped buttons.
Just map those button within the iMON Manager Software.
NextPVR is very nice to use with an iMON RC.

Have you solved the problem? If not, try Jan VanStraaten's WebGrab++
