Adding USB-UIRT remote without a capture device

After moving I no longer have a capture device I can use, but I'd like to be able to use nPVR for video files. Do I remember correctly that the setup for remotes is in the capture device setup menu? How do I set up my USB UIRT remote when I no longer have any capture devices?

There is no built in support for USB-UIRT.

If you want to use a remote via your USB-UIRT to control NextPVR, you need to use software like HIP or IRSS etc.
