UK Freesat and DVBGuide

Is anybody using DVBGuide to get EPG Data for Freesat? If so, please can you post an example batch file?

Also, what versions are people using?

My batch file just contains the following:

DVBGuide.exe -as -c11427830 -ph -mQPSK -s27500000 -y3002 -z3003 -t -o freesat.xml

As far as I'm aware, it's using the latest version...ummm...0.95 beta according to the web site.

Thanks Iain. I had an issue with V0.9 appearing not to release my tuner so I couldn't watch anything on that card following an EPG update. Then I updated to 0.95 which seemed to solve it but then it wasn't populating my EPG. Doh!

I've now downgraded to 0.93 and also brought my batch file inline with yours. One of them has fixed it......just not sure which yet.

Anyway, thats once again for your help.

0.95 (or one of the very latest versions anyway) changed the ID format that got saved to the XML, so you would have had to remap them in NPVR for it to work again otherwise it would just think the channel data wasn't there any more because it'd still be looking for them using their old IDs.

The line I have in my batch file just came from DVBGuide's documentation. I haven't a clue what most of it means Smile
