I'm having a problem recording a specific channel on a DVB-S tuner. The channel is Horse and Country on Astra 28.2. If I watch it live it seems Ok. If I try and record it, it creates the TS file, but when I try and play the recording, the screen is just black and the time stamp is garbage. Other stuff on the same tuner seems to be OK. I've also tried on a different tuner and the result is the same.
It's particularly annoying because I'm having a problem with live tv freezing on some clients and the workaround for most channels is to hit record and then watch the recording immediately. Plus of course this is the channel that herself wants to watch all of the time!

I've attached the logs, if required I can upload a small recording.

Ta.

You'd probably need supply a short sample recording from the problem channel so I can take a look at it.

Its most likely something odd about the channel metadata that causes the app to choose the wrong stream.

Any preferences where I should put it. The minimum size I can get is 2.5MB, which wont upload directly to here.

You'd probably need to use somewhere like dropbox or rapidshare or similar.

I'd probably be best to get about 50MB if you can.

What happens when you play that file?

When I play it, I get audio and video, and the time line reports the duration as 2:02, and it seems to play fine.

Do you have the patches from the sticky thread installed?

When I play it, the time line is -35791354: to 8102392:28 and it doesnt play.

I think I have applied all of the patches, but I'll run them in again to be sure.

I've reapplied the patches and re-registered. Its still the same I'm afraid. Should I reinstall from scratch?
