I am trialling GB-PVR v0.90.10 and have a Hauppauge Nova-T (chip:19300216).

I also have a Jetway DVB-T with CONEXANT chipset.

I can't get either of these to work. I've tried both Nova-T BDA recoring plugins and Conexant BlackBird Direct Recording Plugin.

Are either of these supported and if not then what DVB-T cards are (I don't want to buy analog as these shall become obsolete in the UK during 2007)?

I have the older Nova-t and it works sort off for me. If you look at your card it will have either philips chip on it if its the old nova 909 or the conexant chip on it if its the newer 90002 card. Just make sure you have the right drivers for it, as one doesn't work for the other card and so on.

Also I doubt analog will be turned off in 2007 in the UK, I would even doubt by 2011 which is what I think they are aiming for now.

I have the Nova-T Philips chipset and have selected the BDA 909 option.

This card works fine in WinTV and ShowShifter, I have the nova-pci217g.exe drivers installed.

When I select [Live TV] I get the "Channel Tuning information not known" dialog. Any ideas what the cause is?

Did you click the 'map digital channels to EPG channels' button and successfully scan for channels?

When I "'map digital channels to EPG channels" I get "You will not be able to record successfully until you install with the CyberLink or InterVideo MPEG2 Multiplexer filter...".

I thought I had the InterVideo MPEG2 Multiplexer filter installed as I have InterVideo WinDVD 6 installed. Is this so?.. if not do you where can I obtain the necesary files please?.. What are the file names?

The InterVideo mux is installed with WinDVD Creator. Alternatively you could try to find the Cyberlink mux MpgMux.ax

Sorry, I cant provide links to these components.

I have installed WinDVD Creator trail which solved my last problem.

I now get the following error when selecting [Map digital channels to EPG channels]. Any idea what I need to do now?

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

You have the wrong drivers you need the BDA drivers from TechnoTrend

Cant say I've seen that one before. Its that with the Jetway or the Nova?

It looks like this specific feature (checking signal strength) isnt supported by the drivers. This feature has certainly been used by other Nova owners, so I suspect its the jetway?

If its the nova, what version of the drivers do you have?
