Just rebuilt my gbpvr system, upgrading from an Atom 330 to a Celeron 540 (Sandy Bridge, 32nm, decontented i3). A very nice, and cost-effective upgrade. Built-in graphics work great. Ditched the case fan and run only with the supplied CPU fan @ 65%... minimum you can hear. Max CPU temp in an enclosed cabinet is 50C. Intel is 1-2 process technology nodes ahead of AMD (and their Global Foundry pals), but I hope AMD stays around to offer some competitive pressure on Intel. AMD never could manufacture worth a crap... (I know
