2.5.9 Unable to set recording with spare tuner

I have 4 tuners, but when I tried to schedule a recording, it said none were available, when only three frequencies were being recorded.
In the attached screen dump, the second Star Trek is on the same channel as the first, just following on.
I have attached NPVR.log.

Any ideas?

I managed to manually schedule things by cancelling the star treks, and then re-adding them.
The problem seems to be that Kingdom & the top star trek are on different frequencies, but were allocated to the same tuner (different times). This meant that two tuners were allocated to the same frequency.
The program times were:
Star Trek: 8:30-9:30, 9:30-10:30, 10:30-11:30 (freq A)
Kingdom: 8:20-9:09 (freq B)
Prohibition: 8:30-9:30 (freq C)
Boardwalk Empire: 9:30-10:30 (freq C)
Toy Story 2: 8:15-10:10 (Freq D)

All had 1 min pre-padding and 15 min post-padding.
