wish file is for Satellite frequencies? I have to edit it, because i have a dvb-s1 card only. Were do i find it?

On Vista/Win7/Win8 the satellite files are in C:\Users\Public\NPVR\Tuning\DVB-S

I don't understand the question.

The satellite files are in C:\Users\Public\NPVR\Tuning\DVB-S, and you can edit existing files to add/remove frequencies, or create an entirely new file.

Sorry my problem is that with the normal files my Haupauge card is crashing, i want to make a file were i could scan the complete astra satelite without crash.

Is it crashing on a particular frequency during the scan? If so, you could edit your satellite file to remove that frequency. Alternative you could try to capture a 1 minute or so full transport stream recording from that frequency, and put it some where I could download it from, and I'll check here what it doesn't like about the data on that frequency.
