Yes, using the TVDB as my scraper for it. It also doesn't appear to be populating my tv shows that aren't found on tvdb into my library even though the tvshow.nfo exists for it with appropriate information, for example news channel 5 is completely ignored even though all the info it needs to do the job exists in the tvshow.nfo and individual episode nfos. I was reading the nfo files wiki on xbmc http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=NFO_files and noticed that there is a note stating the nfo filenames have to be all lowercase for xbmc to read them correctly so I redid a couple cleaned the library and rescanned and it is still turning out shoddy season/episode info based on the filename. Although based on this part of the wiki http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=NFO...tvepisodes even though I have an nfo it isn't going to work properly without renaming the files to a proper naming convention for xbmc.

I don't like that nfo file so I am going to need you to compress and upload your npvr.db3 If it is too big try dropbox.

It probably doesn't matter though it looks like XBMC isn't overwriting the filename with the NFO information anymore, so there is not much I can do.

Here you go. I added the --rename option to my postprocessing and it does indeed rename all files with the same filename, so all my edls and everything are renamed appropriately. This corrected the episode naming problem in xbmc. Now I just need to get these shows that aren't found on the tvdb to get scanned in and I will be ok.

I've started using igl in postprocessing.bat to create the .nfo files for use with my XBMC and Raspbmc tinkering. It works great, but now empty recording folders are not being deleted due to the tvshow.nfo file that remains. Is there any resolution to this available yet?
What, me worry?

There is the DeleteAdditionalExtensions setting in config.xml ...

Yes, and I added .nfo to that, so it does delete the recordingname.nfo file, but not the tvshow.nfo file that is created by igl, so the recording folder is not deleted.

Perhaps you don't have the required R2 patch?

Hello all

I'm new to NextPVR and ImageGrapLite and I'm not sure how to get this working. Do I add a custom task in Settings/Plugins adding "--oid %3 --rename" as the Arguments? Or, do I need to create some batch files and if so were do they go and can anyone post an example? I know this is a basic question but I just can't find the answer so any help would be GREAT!!!

Thanks

I run IGL in PostProcessing.bat. Some folk also run it in PostUpdateEPG.bat (i.e. as well as PostProcessing).

http://www.nextpvr.com/nwiki/pmwiki.php?...BatchFiles

My PostProcessing --> "C:\Progra~1\NPVR\imagegrablite" --oid %3 --rename --season
PostEPG --> "C:\Progra~1\NPVR\imagegrablite" --updateepg
