HD Homerun tuner scan and finds channels but no picture or sound

I've just installed NextPVR for the first time and trying to get started.
I have a HD Homerun network tuner. I've installed the Homerun software and it tunes to TV channels and displays fine.

I've installed Next PVR. The tuner has been setup. I've scanned through and found my channels, but when I go to live TV there is no picture or sound. When I try to record I get nothing to play back.

I have done this step

Ensure that you have firewall exceptions to allow NextPVR.exe, NRecord.exe and NDigitalHost.exe to communicate on the network, else the device will not deliver any data. In the HDHomeRun setup choose NextPVR as the Application; if you can't scan for channels, try setting it to "Other - ATSC/QAM" instead.

Where do I start looking?

Additional Info.
If I record and then go to play back the progress bar across the bottom that should display the time shows -3579139 on the left and 00:00:01 on the right.

looks like it can't find any audio decoders at least. What OS windows 7? Have you installed monogram audio codec?

The list does not appear to include a video decoder. Did you set video and audio decoders in Settings --> Decoders?

I had my tuner setup incorrectly. I have made a few changes but still no playback (video or sound)
Running Windows 7 Extreme.
Decoders are all set as per attached screen shot. Windows media player is all up to date.

Using EVR and Windows DTS-DCS

The recorded TS file plays back in media centre with the audio stopping and starting, video is ok.

I have tried to install Monogram with administrator rights and that fails every time.

What other codecs do I need to go and find and from where?

I have attached a new log file and a screen shot of the decoders

I put monogram in C:\program files (x86)\Decoders and start a command line up (as administrator) and run
regsvr32 "C:\Program Files (x86)\Decoders\mmaacd.ax

I'm installed AC3Filter as well. And you can see both ac3filter and monogram are in use.

Not sure about the video.

something is wrong with ffdshow audio.

also for video, I *think* the microsoft decoder doesn't work for some formats; I can't quite tell what you have selected, as your screenshot is too small (try re-posting it as a .jpg; the forum software shrinks .png's).

I recommend you try using unlocked SAF6: http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?50227-Saf6 (send pm to hoborg for unlocking)

I had microsoft DTV-DVD Video Decoder (my post preview shows the image full size, weird).

It should work for our H.264 recordings MTBoy is trying to play.
