Time Warner reorder of channels

Time Warner recently reordered the clear QAM channels here in Kansas City, Missouri.
I thought that because my channel guide was already a mess, I might as well update the NextPVR software to 2.6.2.
I uninstalled the old one and installed the new, and did a channel scan of my HDHomeRun.
Somehow the old channel setup is still being referenced in the channel settings. Is there any way to clear these and start fresh? I also use Schedules Direct for program info.
Any help would be appreciated.

To start entirely from scratch, delete the npvr.db3 and "C:\Users\Public\NPVR\schedulesdirect.xml" file, then run the app and set your channels up again.
