nDroid LiveTV is not Possible if EPG information is not aviable

I have the Problem that nextpvr cannot decode the EPG Information on some channels.
There is no function to start the LiveTV if there is no EPG aviable.
Is it possible to add a button to start LiveTV on selected channel?

OK, let me think about it. I'm not sure it'll make it into the next release though as I was hoping to upload that tonight or tomorrow.
