Couldn't help myself wanted to see what the dual core machines were like

Menus are fast 4 seconds load
time for whats new and ready recordings

skip is wrong jumps 4 minutes then a huge jump then cant jump any more as the movie isn't long enough (im guessing you have changed something here)
and cant skip backwards

Done some more testing and found the skipping is wrong in plex also
but in plex you can turn on local transcoding which makes it skip correct

i also experienced some very odd jump in video playback, was working fine at first, but then I couldnt jump back and only forward. I've added debugging around jumping to see whats going on.

just unplugged from wall then plugged in again restarted the app and now its skipping right wtf

scatch that it skips ok on a recording that is 2 hours long but not on any others

it maybe just the video control and the http stream. just playing with something else atm (channel changing, reusable listview control (recordings one is specific to that screen, want to make one I can reuse in recordings and perhaps "videos", "pictures", "music" /whatever).

finally got around to fix the channel logos in the guide so they are scaled correctly as well.

yeah but the 5900 skips sweet (old firmware)
6500 latest firmware skipping is shit both in snpvr and plex(but if I select transcode I can skip because the plex server is doing it)

skip was working fine for me, i never had problems until one file yesterday. so I'm not convinced its 2013 models yet, or if it just kinda random or a bug in my code (there was one bug, but I dont think that was in a released build (wouldn't let you push up to skip forward)).

skip, err ive checked and my code is definitely sending "SkipForward(xxx seconds)", so its either
- Samsungs Video player control (out of my hands)
- NextPVR http stream doing something wrong (in sub hands)

There maybe a way to tell nextpvr to skip instead of the samsung player, by calling the webserver to jump forward/backward. I'll need to talk to sub about this.
