A handfull of analog channels are suddenly static

I'm in canada and have been running fine since the last update. A few weeks ago, two of my regularly watched analog cable channels began recording as static, with a hint of audio from an adjacent channel. I cannot think of anything that has changed with my setup and was wondering if there was a way to somehow tweak channel tuning.

I'm using a Hauppauge PVR 500 to tune these channels.

Can you see them when directly connected to an analog TV? Rogers here have starting moving channels off the analog tier and replaced them with digital channels on the same channel number.

This appears to be what occurred on eastlink. This hobby is getting more difficult as time goes by. Time to break out the hdpvr and ir blaster I guess.
