<StartTime> and <EndTime> time formats?

Can someone tell me what the time format is for the <StartTime> and <EndTime> tags? Is that universal time? I assume the 0000000Z following the seconds is fractions of seconds? Any tips in outputting this time using the .Net DateTime class? Or do I meed to use the brute force method?

NextPVR is UTC based. Depending on how you want to use it, for anything other than display, just keep it as is DateTime.Parse should understand the Z though for outputting local time.

But Parse returns a DateTime object. I need to return a string in the format acceptable by NextPVR import.

Ah looks like ToString of DateTime allows for a format string.
