DVS-S tuning files outdated?

Hi guys,

I'm using the DVB-S tuning files to scan for channels. I've noticed that these haven't been updated since 26th of june 2011.
This means that changes made to frequencies after this date are not inside the tuning files and I'm not receiving all channels.

1. Why are the tuning files not updated regularly?
2. Which tuning files are you using?

I've been downloading updates from satellites-xml.eu and KingOfSat.net, but I always have to modify them, because most of the time they don't work with NPVR.

Notice the differences. NPVR is only scanning 85 frequencies, while satellites-xlm.eu is scanning 104 frequencies.

Unfortunately there is no automatic way to update the tuning ini files and Sub is based in New Zealand.
For UK Freesat imilne has been uploading updated files which sub usually includes and I have been known to do the occasional DVB-T for various UK Transmitters.
Unless someone has already posted an update for your satellite, you will have to produce your own - I'm not sure if there is an all frequencies file but it would take a long time to scan if there is.
If you get a good working file you can always share it in case some one else comes along with the same question.
