I noticed a few shows didn't record and then I realized I had no EPG data. So I updated yesterday and saw 14 days of guide info. Today, it's all gone.
Not sure why as I rarely use this system but did install Avast Free last week. No firewall that I can see and I don't see any settings that would affect this.
But we all know I suck at log reading so I've attached them someone to view when they have time.

If you set <DumpSchedulesDirectData>true</DumpSchedulesDirectData> in config.xml, it'll create a schedulesdirect.xml in the npvr data directory which you can zip and upload for examination. Post it only after the above error occurs, with the matching NRecord.log (or NPVR.log if you get the error on a manual update).

I think it is sd.xml schedulesdirect.xml is for channel selection.

Did it again just an hour after I manually updated it.

Thanks Martin. I may but last night, I emptied the EPG and it seemed to stay overnight. I'll see what happens the next few days and if so, do exactly what you mention.

I think Schedules Direct had some issues with the data over the past week. I had the same issue on Sunday 2/16 afternoon. First I tried a straight EPG Update, but that didn't work, so I was forced to empty the EPG and the update EPG. No issues since then.

I just remoted in to check on my EPG and it's ok now. I thought the Empty EPG then Update EPG did it but maybe not.
