It's going to be more complicated in that you may need several lineups.
WCAX is in Burlington, VT
WPTZ is in Plattsburgh, NY
Google each call sign and it will tell you where it is from. That's what I did.
That's as far as I investigated, but you should be able to get the picture. If you want all the channels, you will need a lineup for each city. That said, there are probably NBC stations in both Burlington and Plattsburgh, so the network programs would be duplicates. But, if you want to watch the local news from each...
