disable video inset

My Beta tester seems to be able enable the video inset even though I don't have "HOME" mapped to my remote so I can't stop the video once it's inset. Is there a way to disable the inset?

Also, if there is a video inset then maybe allow the stop or pause to work on the video. I know that pressing "HOME" again goes back to fullscreen, but that's another button.

Try unchecking "use alternate OSD with missing video" on Settings > Misc2 or equivalent Config.xml entry.

I really don't think that setting has anything at all to do with the video inset.
