Where does NEXTPVR store it's OTA data from? I'm wondering if I can read it or use it within XBMC. Any ideas how I might do this?

The EPG is stored in the npvr.db3 database file.

I use a rather good Firefox add-on to view the database ... https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox...e-manager/

how do you want to use it with XBMC? you can configure the "NextPVR" pvr add-on and make NextPVR the recording/livetv back-end for XBMC.

if you want your TV shows arranged so that they show up in XBMC as tv series with season and episode info, you can use imageGrabLite to rename your recordings to the format used by XMBC (see wiki in the utilities section)
server: NextPVR 5.0.7/Win10 2004/64-bit/AMD A6-7400k/hvr-2250 & hvr-1250/Winegard Flatwave antenna/Schedules Direct
main client: NextPVR 5.0.7 Desktop Client; LG 50UH5500 WebOS 3.0 TV

I want to use it as live tv channels within PseudoTVLive.

Then I guess the first thing I suggested is what you should do. Either that or I'm not understanding what you are trying to accomplish.
