Live TV not working

I installed 3.3.8 on Windows 7 and scanned 70+ channels. When I start it, the live file is written to C:\Temp (e.g. live-KPNX-HD-3053).
Unfortunately the Live TV option from the main menu simply shows a blank screen with the channel across the title bar (e.g. KPNX-HD).

Somehow Live TV is working. Unfortunately I have no audio. Strange since the Temp file does. Any tips as to getting Live TV to have sound?

Like the guys are saying above, you'll probably need to post the logs for us to provide you anything other than guesses.

If I had to guess, I'd say it's down to the decoders you've got set on the Settings->Decoders screen.
