HDhomerun 4DC with multidec problem, other tuner working fine

I seem to having problems with my new hdhomerun 4dc in combination with oscam/newcs (I switched back to newcs today for a new test). At first I thought it was because my cable company changed the settings, but today I found out things are working fine when I use my other tuner (digital devices internal tvcard). In the logs I do the same thing twice. Once with the hdhomerun and once with the digital devices tuner, using the exact same setup with acamd and newcs. The tuner setup has selected Multidec for both tuners with three instances, MDplugin directories are the same. Can someone tell me what the trick is to get this working?

The only thing that springs to mind is maybe try setting the main application type (in SiliconDust settings ), to something other than 'NextPVR' or 'GBPVR'. When the HDHR is set to these, only a subset of the stream is sent across the network to NextPVR, and maybe it doesn't include some of the CA pids etc, required for decryption.

After an update of the SilliconDust software, I could no longer use the "BDA Comptability mode" set to "Default". I have now set it to MediaPortal to make it work, Is it possible for you to contact SilliconDust to advise them to change the option "NextPVR", so that it sends the full stream?

I have talked to them about doing this in the past, but they were reluctant and I can understand why, and it this option does work for most people. The 'NextPVR' option has some really bit advantages with how many tuners can be used at the same time. 3 simultaneous (DVB/QAM) recordings wont cope on a 100Mbps networks with the 'Mediaportal' setting, but will easily cope with the 'NextPVR' setting.
