installing tv listings

Hi
I am a little confused at to how to install tv listings. The directions i saw said to drag the folder into the nextpvr directory. I tried many different ways of doing so which I saw on the internet but none of them seem to work. I would appreciate clear directions on installing TV Listings as a plugin.

The TV listings zip file contains 2 folders. plugins and skin. both folders need to be extracted to c:\users\public\nextpvr.
then start nextpvr, go into settings and enable tv listings and (optionally) tv recordings.
then restart nextpvr.
