CI TV-card

I am getting a DVB-C multituner product from company called Digital Devices. (BTW: Are the products of this bran supported in NPVR?)

Some of the HD channels in our country are protected by a TV-card and I understand that I need some kind of hardware to decrypt these channels.
One solution would be to get a CI+ CAM to PC with this http://www.digital-devices.eu/shop/de/ma...weiterung/. However CI+ doesn't support multiple tuners so should I rely to some kind of Soft CAM if I want to record more than one of these channels or what options do I have?

The most reliable option I have found is Acamd softcam in combination with NewCS cardserver. The most stable version of NewCS is the one running on Linux, I have an OLD Dell Optiplex that runs as a cardserver, it has been running nonsop for 16 months now, so if you have an old computer I would recommend using that. But you can also run windows version on the same computer as your recordings. In addition you will need a Phoenix type smartcard reader (don't buy Smartmouse even if it can emulate Phoenix).
