Can't stream Live

Win 8.1 -- NPVR 3.4.8
So I can't get a live stream out of NPVR. On the server it is running on I can use the NPVR client and see live TV. It records just fine.

But if I use the Plex Plugin, or the touch interface, or the NEWA interface, I can't stream live. Not on Chrome, IE or Firefox, not on Roku or Android Plex clients.
Recorded stuff works fine.

Firewall is off, VLC installed on server, SAF6 Codecs loaded and Direct X 9 installed per directions.

Also in the NEWA interface I don't get the option (no Button) to stream live when I click on a show title.
In touch interface, nothing happens when I hit return on Live.
In Plex I get an error about the server not being reachable or that there wa a problem playing this item. All other Plex plugin options are fine. This happens even when I use the PLex client on the localhost.

I have read through the forums and not found anything that helped.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I can't disagree with it looking that way. And yet they play in the NPVR app.

To me it looks like sub's /services?method=channel.listings.current may not support major/minor Is WRTV 6.0 or 6.1 in your EPG

I made some progress tonight.

I changed the VLC install path in NEWA/Configuration to the actual path of VLC and got the Stream Now button to appear. I was able to stream with VLC as an external player.

(And yes WRTV is 6.1). I also made sure all the channels were mapped correctly.

Still can't get live to play in Plex Plugin though. Not in the Touch interface either (it hangs and eventually I get a broken Graphic symbol).
