Live TV Freezes and I have No Sound (two separate issues)

Recently because of Windows Media Center not being available in Windows 10, I have decided to make the transition to NextPVR. I seem to have things set up correctly to the best of my knowledge, but I have been having two problems since the install:

1. On most channels I am unable to watch live television for more than one or two seconds without the audio and video freezing. I can change to another channel, but the same process will happen again.

2. On the rare occasions when live TV will cooperate and not freeze on me, I have no audio. This is my current condition.

Neither one of these problems affect recording, though. My shows seem to record just fine; I just can't play them back with any sound.

In addition to the logs, I have also included PNG screenshots of my LAV configurations and a copy of my NetworkRecorder.xml file. I wasn't sure just how in depth I should get...

You are the second Ceton users today. Before going there though how do recordings play? If there is a problem with those, I'd start by setting the audio decoder to Default. If recordings play okay up the delay in NetworkRecorder.xml to 5000 or more,

Also those NPVR.log seem a bit nsane something seems off, I think there was something about a wireless mouse going crazy.

Maybe it's something with the InfiniTV line. I've heard that they were one of the more difficult of the Cablecard tuners to get working outside of Windows Media Center.

But something bizarre seems to have happened. Through no actions of my own, the issue seems to have resolved itself, although the volume is kinda low.

But perhaps you might be able to pass on some improvements to my setup? The last time I worked with NextPVR was when it was still GB-PVR and I was trying to find an alternative to BeyondTV and Windows Media Center...
