Live TV has pause, stop, play. If paused why no "fast forward" for commercial skipping etc.?

Are you using a keyboard or a remote?

I think bass_gas may be using the right-click menu onscreen. Using a keyboard or remote is a MUCH better way to use NPVR. Smile

use ctrl-> and ctrl<- for big skip, ctrl-f and ctrl-r for small skip; times are adjustable in Config.xml. In Settings->Misc2 you can make ctrl-f/ctrl-r do "fastplay" (live fast-forward and rewind, but some video decoders are better at it than others, ymmv), in which case the left/right arrows become the small skips.
