Nextpvr doesn't want to stay enabled

I'm using USB DVB-T dongle based on IT9135bda.
I install nextpvr 3.3.8 on my previous kodi (14.2) setup and everything worked perfectly.
I recently upgrade my kodi to 15 and the nextpvr to 3.4.8 and when I try to enable to nextpvr plugin in kodi, it's start to scan channels (I think) and immediately after that the plugin become disabled again.

I have no idea what causing that.
I'll appreciate any help I can get.

It doesn't load anything, it just "starting" to load and shuts down immediately after that (the plugin).

What did you mean by web.log?
Is my current log not enough?

I need to see what the NextPVR side thinks is happening, so I need the c:\users\public\npvr\logs\web.log

That ends with a "...snip...". I want to see the whole log. Can you zip it, and post it as an attachment?

I think that is how it shown at the original log file, I didn't added the "...snip..." or anything for that matter.
Maybe it's because the NextPVR program was still open in the background?

Can you zip and attach your entire c:\users\public\npvr\logs directory?

Is it ok if I won't exit NextPVR while I do that? (the program itself, not the one in kodi)

Alright, I exit from all of the NextPVR process in the background (otherwise, it wouldn't let me create this zip) and upload the entire directory of the logs.
As you can see in the log.web, the snip is still there. I don't know why though.
