Adding [YEAR] to Movie Name guide data

I've stopped using ultraxmltv (because it stopped working) to enhance my guide data and now use data straight from Schedules Direct.

Along with the new(*) indicator, another enhancement I miss is having the movie year shown in the guide, like "Movie Title [YEAR]".

I see that the file name and folder for recorded movies have the year included. Is there a way to add the year to the movie name shown in the guide?

Same here. I've checked the NPVR setting to display movie year but it doesn't change anything.

Sorry, no there isn't currently a way to do this.

I don't especially miss having the year displayed in the title (i.e. in the guide grid). But I would like to have it displayed in the details display for movies. I was actually just looking at the skin for the details pop-up and the details section (on the Recordings What's New listing). For movies, there isn't Series/Episode information so that line is blank. I'd like to see the movie year (and maybe the rating?) displayed on this line for movies.

If you send me the programID (MV{foo}) I can see if the year is available. If it is, then that would make it a UI issue that sub would need to look at.

The year is included in the SD guide data (and NextPVR uses it for the folder/file name). We just need sub to add it to the UI display for the movies.
