Just starting with Next. Can not access web admin page

Just installed and i can't get anything remote. I tried the local web and got a page time out.
I don't know what log files you want or how to post them so how about this...

Does your machine have a "Temporary ASP.NET Files" directory in C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319? We've seen a couple of people recently that didn't have this, and it was stopping the recording service from running.

Next time, zip and attach the entire logs directory. On the Settings screen in NextPVR, there is a 'zip my log files and show me where they are' button to help you with this.

It looks like you've only got the .NET 4 client profile installed, not the full .NET 4, so it's missing .NET components like "system.web.dll". You'll need to install the full .NET 4 runtime.

Thanks. I'll try that. I was getting a lot of errors. Usually it's easy to troubleshoot them one at a time But everything seemed to be broken.

that did it. Everything is working. And wow is it so much better than Myth. Everything is so automatic and simple. I'm just starting but this looks great. Are you guys porting this over to linux? I'm not a fan of running microsoft boxes if I can help it.

If you do or if you don't, if NextPVR is this good then I'm staying.
