NextPVR, Win10 and Kodi - Problem with NerxtPVR 3.6.6 and 3.5.7

I have Win10 and Kodi 15.2.0.0. I tried to use USB decoder Afatech AF9013 DVB-T (Sky Blue) regularly recognized and fully functioning with Win 7

Unfortunately, I can not configure NPVR because I get this error on Win10: "The computer has encountered a problem and must be restarted. Collection of current information. When the computer restarts automatically. (100% complete) To get more information online try this error: KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE "

I had to reboot manually. This error occurs with Win10 both the 3.5.7 and 3.6.6 version when I start the channel search by right-clicking on the DVB-T device:

I expect that this is a driver problem. The AF9015 chip was used in lots of low cost tuners (I used to have one). It may be that the driver has a problem with Windows 10. You can try searching for a more recent driver or for a driver that is recommended for Windows 10. My personal advice is to get a new tuner.
