Recording Live TV

When I press the record button on a live TV show, the show records but is placed in the buffer directory folder instead of the recording directories folder. Not sure if this is by design, but I thought all recordings were stored in the recording directory. If you need logs I can forward them to you, but is happening on both systems.

Yep, it's by design. Often it's not creating a new file at all, it's just telling the system to keep the slip file it'd had already been creating in the slip directory.
