Tried on Chrome and FF both show the same link

Did you force a refresh of the page? I'm seeing the correct link in Chrome and Edge.

With IE the Blue Download Button (see image on my previous post) is also pointing to 3.6.6

Ah, that one (didn't see your edited post). I was checking the 'download' button in the menu at the top of the page. I've corrected that one now.
