Unable to view NPVR 'modern' web client

Hi

I have successfully installed NPVR 3.7.7 and with the help of SAF have now got everything working - well almost. I have read about the 'modern web view but all I can get is the NEWA version. It is fully populated etc but curiosity led me to try the other version but all I get when I change the url from 8866/guide2.aspx to 8866/modern is a 404 server error. When I go to NPVR settings 'Client' all I can see is Webserver on/off plus the pin code for mobile - there is no place to change from Classic to Modern as detailed in the many posts I have researched. I found an updated 'modern' zip file which I was going to install but I can't find where to put it. There is no 'modern' folder to overwrite either in data or Program.

What am I missing?

Yes and I get 'server error in "/" application the resource cannot be found'

Do you have a C:\Users\Public\NPVR\web\modern\index.html file?

No there is no such folder following the 3.7.7 install. Should I copy the modern-web-ui_20160728-1.zip into the web directory or is there more to it?

In my case, the Windows 10 Anniversary update broke the modern web interface, resulting in the same server error. I reinstalled 3.7.7 and that fixed it...

I copied the /modern folder into /web and I can access the app however there is still no way of switching between modern and classic and even using /guide2/index.html now produces a server error. I will try a reinstall of 3.7.7

Edit: a reinstall of 3.7.7 fixed it.
