Import M3u Playlist No Names

When I import an M3u playlist into the IPTV tuner. It works perfectly but it doesn't import the names for the channels automatically. Where as kodi's iptv simple client can do this perfectly.

NextPVR is intended for use with physical tuners. It's not intended for use with watching IPTV channels from across the Internet. If that's your goal, you'd be better off looking for a different backend and Kodi addon.

NextPVR does have some limited IPTV support, but that really aimed a particular type of IPTV, where some cable companies multicast their channels on their own cable network.

Ok thanks could you recommend a backend to use for this please. Ideally I would like to record. I have a windows 10 server setup for this

Sorry, I don't know - I don't use that type of IPTV myself.
