Full Screen Startup Issue

When NPVR starts it does not fill the screen. This has been happening since I upgraded to windows 10 over the summer but did not think much of it until I did the most recent upgrade.

Any help/ideas would be appreciated.

I have had the same issue with 3.7.7 and 3.8.3 since I upgraded to Win10. Only on initial startup. Requires a restart of NPVR to fill the screen. Seems like a Win10 problem. Don't know if this has been fixed in the AU, staying on 1511 for now.
