Unhandled Exception after deleting recording

I am receiving an unhandled exception when I delete an episode of a recurring recording and then try to exit out of the list of episodes for that show. If I do not attempt to delete an episode of the show, I can navigate into and out of the list of episodes just fine. Logs attached (I recreated the issue and then exited the application immediately). This happens for any show, not just the one in the logs.

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

There was a patch posted for this in the last week or so. I just had a quick hunt for it but didn't find it. Have read through some of the recent threads and I'm sure you'll find it.
