Some Recurring Recordings Not Recording; Some Pending not Recording; No Conflicts

Several recurring recordings (Nova, Ask This Old House, +...) are working, 2 are not. No conflicts identified. Using "schedules direct" for my guide. Logs are attached.

"Noticias Telemundo" (WNEU - M-F 6:30 - 7PM) shows as "recurring" and "pending" - but isn't recording. It is scheduled at the same time as "Noticias Univision" (WUNI - M-F 6:30 - 7PM). I have a Hauppauge WinTV Dual HD - so I thought they'd both record, but only Univision gets recorded. I also visually scanned "pending" for potential conflicts and saw none.

"Noticias Telemundo Fin de Semana (WNEW - Sat/Sun 5 - 5:30PM) shows as "recurring" but not "pending." It isn't recording.

I found a related posting, "Recurring recordings not scheduling? Started by mattyb, 2016-09-11 03:52 AM" I don't think it applies because I didn't delete any recordings; at least I don't think so. Is there a way to check? This earlier posting also references using the "NextPVR.exe -removehistory" command to clear out that history and then "NextPVR.exe -updateepg" to have it reprocess and reschedule all of the recurring recordings." Not sure I want/need to try this but if so, I'm unclear how to do it; more detailed steps would be helpful and appreciated.

How can I fix whatever is blocking these recordings?

Are you able to watch all your channels in LiveTV and in WinTV?

Yes, they all play quite well; very good reception. I was able to "one time" record Noticias Telemundo before setting it up as recurring, but not since I designated it (and Noticias Univision - both at 6:30 PM) as "recurring."

Could you start live TV on 1 channel and then hit F1 to start a recording on another and send your logs please.

Yes, I was able to watch live TV (WGBH Create) and record at the same time (WGBH Kids); I ran both from about 9:26 or 9:27 through the end of the programs at 9:30.

Ok your tuner doesn't seem to indicate it is locking onto a signal so there goes that support feature. You did have device problems on the 2nd

Without see the lock signal it is hard to tell if and when the driver issue was resolved and your NRecord log doesn't go back to last weeks recordings. I don't think it is a recurring recording problem the next one is scheduled for tomorrow ok.

I will either confirm the recording or post updated logs tomorrow evening after the scheduled recording should be completed.

Any thoughts on why the other recurring recording, Notcias Telemundo Fin de Semana (Weekend news in Spanish on Sat and Sun 5 - 5:30PM) isn't even showing up as "pending" (and, subsequently, not recording?)
