All of a sudden, starting this morning, after over a year of operation, I am seeing that the record service is not automatically starting when server is boots. This has now happened 3 times in a row - never happened before. I changed nothing on the server, hardware of software. The service is set to start automatically, but no longer seems to be starting at bootup. It will start if I manually start the service.
Windows 7 event logs are reporting the following errors:
Event 7000
The NPVR Recording Service service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
Event 7009
A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the NPVR Recording Service service to connect.
Any ideas or suggestions?
Thanks
